Looking for a house can be very stressful, you need to find the right house with the right lay out  to suit you or your family’s needs . At BNE Property Group we can help you to find a suitable home in the shortest time possible.

  1. After viewing the property and if you are interested in applying, complete the application with care and submit as much information as possible. Once completed, you may fax it to 07 3297 5771 or email it to josephine@bnepropertygroup.com.au together with the following documents:
    1. A copy of photo identification i.e drivers license or passport
    2. A financial statement i.e bank statement
    3. 3 payslips or letter from your employer
    4. Centrelink payment statement
  2. Note all applications take 24hrs to 48hrs to process. All applications received will be presented to the owner and the final decision will be made by the owner.
  3. Once your application has been accepted, you will be required to pay the first 2 weeks rent as a holding deposit. Your deposit will be used as the first two weeks rent after the commencement of the lease. If you change your mind after 48hrs, your deposit will be forfeited.
  4. Before you move in to your new property, ensure you connect all services eg; electricity, gas, telephone, internet etc if needed.
  5. On commencement of your agreement, you will be required to pay a bond equivalent to 4 weeks rent. You can pay the bond via a money order or bank cheque made out to "BNE Property Group".
  6. Your Property Manager will go through all documents with you on the day of commencement. After signing all papers the keys will be handed over.
  7. All rent payments can be made through direct banking, money order or bank cheque. You are required to pay your rent on time. If you are unable to pay rent on or before the due date, please contact your Property Manager immediately for advice.


Vacating the property for any reason before the lease expiration date will be considered as breaking your lease and you will be required to pay the following;

  1. A lease break fee equivalent to one week’s rent plus GST.
  2. Continue to pay your rent until another tenant can be found.
  3. A  admin and Advertising fee plus GST.
